Democratic political strategist Mark Penn 

The 2010 Midterm Elections 

The former chief strategist for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign, Mark Penn will discuss the current political climate in Washington, D.C., heading into November’s midterm Congressional elections. Penn has spent more than 30 years as a polling analyst and advisor to major corporations and heads of state.

He is the coauthor of the book "Microtrends: The Small Forces Changing the World," and of a monthly column "Microtrends" in the Wall Street Journal. Currently, Penn serves as the worldwide CEO of Burson-Marsteller, a leading global public relations and public affairs agency, and president of Penn, Schoen and Berland, a strategic research firm.
