The Politically Correct University

University of Arkansas professor Robert Maranto will discuss his book, "The Politically Correct University: Problems, Scope and Reform," a compilation of essays arguing that political correctness harms the freedom of thought in higher education today. A professor of education reform at the UA, Maranto co-edited this collection that argues that conservative perspectives are underrepresented in university communities. Maranto is the 21st Century Chair in Leadership at the Department of Education Reform at the UA, and previously served as associate professor of political science and public administration at Villanova University.
