Women and Public Policy Swanee Hunt is the Eleanor Roosevelt Lecturer in Public Policy and the founding director of the Women and Public Policy Program at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. An expert on domestic policy and foreign affairs, she is president of the 27-year-old Hunt Alternatives Fund, which works to strengthen youth arts organizations, support leaders of social movements, combat human trafficking and increase philanthropy. A recognized expert on gender equality, Hunt has provided news commentary and analysis on international and domestic television networks, including CNN, MSNBC, PBS and CBS Evening News. She is the author of several books, including her memoir, "Half-Life of a Zealot," which she will sign following her lecture at the Clinton School.
